Apple Store License Agreement

Some content available in certain services is purchased by you by the third party (as shown on the product page and/or during the acquisition process for relevant content), not by Apple. For example, Apple Books is purchased by book publishers, not Apple. In this case, Apple acts as an agent for the content provider in providing content for you, so Apple is not a party to the transaction between you and the content provider. However, if you are a customer of Apple Distribution International Ltd., Apple Distribution International Ltd. is the record reseller for the content you purchase from certain services (p.B Apple Books), but that content is authorized by the content provider. The content provider reserves the right to apply the terms of use of such content. The content provider is solely responsible for such content, any guarantee, as long as these guarantees have not been withdrawn, and any claims you or any other party have with respect to that content. For example, in the case of streaming, the terms of use agreement will tell the user what to access, but the EULA agreement will declare that he/she cannot make the show available in anywhere other than this application. – Learn more about Apple TV Content Usage Rules on support.apple.com/HT210074. Mac App Store and App Store products (together “App Store Products”), provided through the Mac App Store Service and the App Store service (together “App Store services”), are allowed for you and not sold.

Your license for every App Store product you receive through the App Store service is subject to prior acceptance of this final user license license agreement, and you agree that the terms and conditions of that license agreement apply to the end-users of any App Store product you have licensed through the App Store service, unless that App Store product is subject to a valid end-user license agreement between you and the license provider of that product Store. Your license of an Apple product under this final license license agreement is granted by Apple and your license for a third-party product as part of this final license license agreement is granted by the licensee of that third-party product. Any App Store product that is licensed under this end-of-licence user license agreement is referred to as a “licensed application.” The licensee reserves all rights to and from the licensed application that is not expressly granted to you under this final licence license agreement. If possible, you can offer to purchase a service membership from your mobile operator (a “carrier membership”). If you acquire a carrier membership, your carrier is the registration reseller, which means you buy your carrier`s service license that charges you the service subscription fee, but the service is provided by Apple. Your purchase relationship with the carrier is subject to the carrier`s terms and conditions, not this Agreement, and all settlement disputes related to carrier affiliation must be addressed to your carrier and not to Apple. By using a service through a carrier subscription, you agree that your mobile operator will be able to exchange your carrier account, phone numbers and subscription information with Apple, and that Apple can use this information to determine the status of your carrier affiliation. – All other services (including iTunes Store, Apple Music and Apple Podcasts): www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/itunesstorenotices/ – For each service, you may have connected up to 10 devices (but only 5 computers at most) at the same time as your Apple ID, although simultaneous streams or content downloads may be limited to a small number of devices, as described below under Apple Music and Apple TV.
