Travel is of utmost importance and when a company comes along and innovates that experience its a must we share. NYLO New York City, is spearheading the ‘banishing’ of the hotel concierge and is the first hotel to use Monscierge, a touch-based concierge product that uses cloud-based technology to update guests on their iOS/Android devices.
The Monscierge app is full of tips, recommendations, and information provided by NYLO staff on where to go, what to do, and how to make the most of their stay. All Monscierge applications update in real time so NYLO staff members can change or add information and alert guests to events taking place at the hotel. Once a guest has downloaded the app, it will automatically update according to which NYLO hotel the guest is visiting. Though it was designed with NYLO guests in mind, the application is free and available for download by anyone. #WorkHardTravelWell
** NYLO is currently undergoing some renovations but they are open, however they’re officially opening September 1st.
