Esquire and Esquire Network hosted SHARP, a three-day pop up event in SoHo this past weekend. It started with an intimate affair on Friday night, with a select group of influencers and connoisseurs getting to preview the brands, meet with founders, and enjoy drinks sponsored by Patron. The next two days were open to the public. A&H was there to cover the experience, uniting a great collection of men’s apparel, accessories, and grooming brands under one roof on Mercer Street. Guests enjoyed a host of amenities including complimentary cuts from Harry’s, grooming demos from Birchbox, shoe care from Allen Edmonds, and richly brewed coffee from Intelligentsia. Event coordinator Adam Eisenhut shared a bit of his vision with us: “I wanted create a platform that gave great brands who might not have a big voice yet a chance to be discovered by the industry and the public in a fun, destination environment. I also wanted to give brands the chance to sell and also to build presence while offering the public something to do that was more than just shopping.” From our vantage point, he was spot on. Here are a few of the sights from our time there, including great looks from Paul Evans, Armstrong & Wilson, Awl & Sundry, Monsieur Fox, Ernest Alexander, and Autodromo. Looking forward to the next one!
